Graphitizer

(Available on request)

As the name itself says, they produce synthetic graphite from Calcined petroleum coke (CPC) or even from Calcined anthracite (CA). The synthetic graphite (SG) which they produce is 100% carbon in crystalline graphitic form with extremely-low sulphur content. It consists of heating at high temperatures, 2000/2500ºC under pressure and controlled vacuum. With a short production time, a maximum of 30 minutes, any quantity desired can be produced, depending on the size of the furnace, with very-low energy consumption, on average 50% lower than the conventional Acheson furnace or vertical furnaces.
