As the name itself says, they heat, condition and dry any type of grain, both mineral and seeds, oleaginous or not. The Grain Driers (GDs) also heat any grain directly, without utilising heat exchangers in the process, the grain being in direct contact with the appropriate special electrical resistance, permitting an energy saving of approximately 30%. With a short production time, any quantity desired can be produced, depending on the size of the furnace, with very-low energy consumption.
