It's a special kiln used to prepare minerals or other kind of goods, like Silicon Carbide, Magnesite, Sand, and Graphite. In any appreciable quantity the minerals can be heated till 250ºC in maximum 20 minutes (tap-to-tap). As example: to produce bricks of Graphite, Silicon Carbide, Magnesite etc. and many other applications, without utilising heat exchangers in the process. With a short production time, a maximum of 20 minutes, any quantity desired can be produced, depending on the size of the furnace, with very-low energy consumption.
